Shipping & Delivery
We provide world class shipping to all our customers that includes final quality inspection, fast & on-time delivery using the best courier services, top quality packaging to prevent damage during transit. If you have requested gift wrapping, your package will be gift wrapped complimentary as well.
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email from us upon confirmation of your order and another email upon shipping of your product along with a tracking number and link to the courier website, where you can track your delivery.

ITEMS HAVEN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT CAN YOU DO.Please allow up to 5-6 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. Give us a call on +91 11 46263200 (10 AM – 6 PM) or drop us an email at contact@pack-mate.in If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, PackMate reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES.Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.

IF WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.We kindly ask you to call our customer service centre on +91 11 46263200 (10 AM – 6 PM) before shipping your order from warehouse. Once item has been shipped, than it is not possible to change the address.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. Give us a call on +91 11 46263200 (10 AM – 7 PM) or drop us an email at contact@pack-mate.in An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?You will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

I HAVE ADDED A FEW PRODUCTS TO MY CART BUT I WON’T BE BUYING THEM NOW. CAN YOU SAVE MY LIST?Yes, absolutely. We will keep your cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless you remove those. However, since our inventory sells out fast, it is advised that you complete your purchase as soon as you can.

WHAT ABOUT MY REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION?Don’t worry as your payment is protected under Trustpay. We take anywhere from 7-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Cancellation is possible only if your order is not shipped from our warehouse. once the order is shipped cancellation is not possible.

I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. CAN I STILL MAKE A PURCHASE AT PACKMATE ?Absolutely! You can try either of the following modes of payment: Internet banking – You may use your internet-enabled bank account to make the purchase online. Cash on delivery – You may choose to pay money on the actual delivery of your product(s) at your place. This option, however, is not available for every product.

There are definitely a few advantages of signing up: You will have quicker and smoother transactions Your past shipping addresses will be saved so that you don’t have to enter them all over again in your next visit. You can track the history of every order with their details in your account.

CAN I PAY COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) FOR EVERY PRODUCT I BUY ON PACKMATE ?Although we try to make sure all our customers can avail this facility, sometimes due to remote locations or high value of the items, cash-on-delivery option is not available. The product details page indicates whether cash on delivery is applicable for a particular product.
