Although we try to make sure all our customers can avail this facility, sometimes due to remote locations or high value of the items, cash-on-delivery option is not available. The product details page indicates whether cash on delivery is applicable for a particular product.
Absolutely! You can try either of the following modes of payment:
Internet banking – You may use your internet-enabled bank account to make the purchase online.
Cash on delivery – You may choose to pay money on the actual delivery of your product(s) at your place. This option, however, is not available for every product.
Yes, absolutely. We will keep your cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless you remove those. However, since our inventory sells out fast, it is advised that you complete your purchase as soon as you can.

We take anywhere from 7-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.
Cancellation is possible only if your order is not shipped from our warehouse. once the order is shipped cancellation is not possible.
