All items to be exchanged must be in brand new unused condition, and must be returned with all original manufacturer packing material including packing box, warranty card, tags, manuals and any other accessories. All items is eligible for replacement, within 24 hours of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

The item must be returned to our office within 7 days of purchase. This includes time taken in transportation.

Before returning an item, please email or call us to notify that you would like to send your purchase back for exchange.

Place the original package, any free gifts and accessories that you received into a shipping carton. Include the original invoice and, on a slip of paper mention the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
